Fight Foreclosure - Stop Evictions - Guides for renters and owners to stay in their properties.

This website is for homeowners and renters whose reside in foreclosed or soon to be foreclosed properties. It will allow the legal resident to stay in the property and negotiate favorable terms with the owners of the property, the owners of the mortgage on the property, and/or the servicer of the mortgage, through the legal process. Below I have included a complaint issued on behalf of California residents who obtained loans from Countrywide Mortgage, it's affiliates and it's subsidiaries by the Attorney General of California. Anyone who obtained a mortgage between January 2003 and December 2007 that is serviced by Countrywide may be affected. Watch the news video with California's Attorney General Below. Below the video are links to the complaint and the settlement documents. We are developing an online manual of how to stop foreclosure and eviction, as well as recoup punitive damages for illegal practices which most brokers and lenders engaged prior to 2008 when the subprime market collapsed.

We Help people who have borrowed from or have a mortgage serviced by a mortgage company modify their mortgages, fight foreclosure and eviction so they can stay in their homes.
